  2.                        SuperBank 1.3-B registration form

  5.  To register SuperBank, fill out the registration form and send it to Oasis
  6.  Soft. We prefer to receive it via netmail. When you send it by file-attach
  7.  (or upload is to Oasis BBS), please rename it to <YourBbsName>.FRM.

  9.  The minimal registration fee for a noncommercial license for SuperBank is
  10.  25 Dutch Guilders, 25 Deutsche Mark, 18 US Dollars or 500 Belgian Francs.
  11.  A system is considered to be noncommercial only if it is at a private
  12.  residence at which no commercial activities are conducted.

  14.  For using SuperBank in a commercial environment, the minimal registration fee
  15.  is 50 Dutch Guilders, 50 Deutsche Mark, 35 US Dollars or 1000 Belgian Francs.

  17.  If the amount is not sufficient because of additional transfer costs or check
  18.  bouncing, the registration cannot be accepted. The received money will be
  19.  seen as a donation until enough payment has been received.

  21.  Keys will be sent by crash netmail, or, if you cannot receive crash netmail,
  22.  by snail mail, as soon as possible after the registration form and fee have
  23.  been received.
